Aravis sits apart, in the nature, a short drive from La Clusaz's lifts, with no neighbors in sight in any direction. Built entirely in wood in the style of the Aravis valley, it has a separate ski room at the entrance, ample parking, and three full floors inside.
The top floor holds two ensuite bedrooms, Edelweiss and Gentiane, sharing a separate guest toilet. The middle floor is the heart of the chalet: a bright, open living space wrapped in windows, a kitchen with a table for ten to twelve, and a large mountain-view lounge by the central staircase. Downstairs, a third ensuite bedroom, Myrtille, and a fourth, dorm-style ensuite room, Génépi, sleep the rest of the group, alongside a windowless home cinema room built for twelve.
An outdoor hot tub is already in place, with a sauna planned as a future addition.
