Tell us how you like to eat — a full tasting menu every night, relaxed family dinners, or just breakfast and one big evening on your last night. Chefs are matched to your group, not assigned at random, and dietary restrictions are handled before you arrive, not negotiated at the table.

A private vehicle meets you at arrivals, tracks your flight in case it's delayed, and takes you straight to the chalet door — no shared shuttle, no waiting on other passengers. The return trip is arranged the same way, timed to get you to the airport with room to spare.

Skis, boots, and poles are fitted and waiting at the chalet before you arrive — no queuing at a rental shop on the first morning. We work with the same local fitters season after season, so sizing issues get caught and fixed immediately, not on day three.

Private instructors, in English, for one person or the whole group — first-timers included. Lessons are arranged around your schedule rather than a fixed class time, and instructors adjust day to day based on conditions and how the group is progressing.

Experienced, vetted childcare, arranged for a few hours or a full day, so parents can ski, dine out, or simply rest without working around a nap schedule. Every sitter is briefed on your children's routine in advance.

Therapists come to the chalet, so there's no drive back down the mountain after a deep-tissue massage. Treatments can be booked for a single afternoon or set up daily for the length of your stay.

The kitchen is stocked before you arrive, from breakfast basics to a full week's groceries — just send a list. If you'd like to go deeper, we arrange a guided tasting of Savoie wines in the chalet, with someone who can tell you what's actually worth bringing home.

A table at the resort's best-known restaurant, or a quieter address only locals go to — we know both. Beyond dinner, we can arrange anything from a snowshoe outing to a private wine cellar tour, based on what the group actually wants to do.
