"Concierge" gets used loosely enough in travel marketing that it's worth showing what it actually means for a stay with us, not as a list of amenities, but as what happens, day by day.

Before you arrive, we confirm lift passes, ski or snowboard rental sized and fitted in advance, ski school bookings for anyone who needs them, and your airport transfer timed to your actual flight. If you've requested a private chef, the week's menus get discussed ahead of time, including any dietary needs, so nothing gets negotiated at 6pm on arrival day.

Arrival day is a private transfer from the airport straight to the chalet, a walkthrough of the house, and dinner already planned rather than a first night spent figuring out where to buy groceries in an unfamiliar village.

The middle of the week is where concierge work is least visible and most constant: daily housekeeping happens while you're on the mountain, restaurant reservations get made for the nights you don't want the chef, massage or spa treatments get scheduled, wine tastings arranged if you're interested, and any question, best restaurant for a birthday dinner, whether tomorrow's weather is worth an early lift, gets a real answer rather than a shrug.

When something goes wrong, weather changes plans, someone's hurt on the mountain, a flight gets rescheduled, this is where the service actually earns its name: rebooking a lesson, arranging a doctor, adjusting a transfer time, all handled directly rather than left for you to sort out from a hotel phone.

Departure is the same private transfer in reverse, timed so you're not rushed off the mountain on your last morning, luggage handled, nothing left to chance on the way to the airport.
